Financial Services and Property Management

We worked with a financial services and wealth management company where we used Zoho CRM, Zoho campaigns and Zoho Social to help the company scale their operations as they needed a solution which manages customers, leads and a data management tool to automate the whole business process.

The company and strategic alliance partners provide services that include education in property investment, financing, risk management, accounting, structuring, the administration of trusts, rental management, legal services and financial planning.The company is a property investment company that aim to assist property investors to achieve financial independence by building lasting wealth through property investment. They achieve this by assisting investors to build high-performance property portfolios and our aim is for our investors to master every stage in the process of successful property investment. By helping investors identify, acquire and manage properties, we believe, they gain solid rental income and capital growth yields.

The company had multiple challenges as per list below

  • The company utilized multiple lead sources such as facebook, linkedin, seminars and landing pages but gathered their leads on spreadsheets
  • They used a separate email marketing system where they uploaded spreadsheets of the leads
  • They used a separate sms marketing system to send SMS
  • Properties sold details was managed in a third party system not linked to communications
  • Social media posts are conducted manually across various platforms

We recommended to the company to utilize Zoho One an ERP system which brings all the functions above into one system.

  • Zoho CRM – All lead sources such as client website, social media advertisement forms and landing pages were connected to the CRM to help manage the leads. This included connecting clients email to the CRM to allow for all communications to be trackable
  • Zoho Campaigns – Sending email campaigns including newsletters to existing customers managed in the CRM
  • Zoho Social – This was used to conduct scheduled posts across various social media platforms in one go rather than doing each platform one at a time
  • SMS Magic and Zoho CRM – Ability to send SMS within the CRM and link all forms of communications on one contact card.
