Not for Profit
We worked with a not for profit community tourism organization in NSW and introduced automations which saved time for the organisation and reduced manual effort. This 21st century architectural icon will be a world-class tourism attraction and a world leader in the areas of knowledge, information, education and creative exploration of Australian opal.It will also play a vital role as a nexus for community, economic and cultural development across Australia.
As a community organisation the not for profit was the following challenges were
- Membership management for various levels was done on excel spreadsheets, updating details such as phone numbers, addresses or payment details
- Managing of sponsors at different tiers was managed in word documents
- Museum tour bookings were manually done based on calls received
- Sales done in the store was getting paper based invoices issued
- All communications were sent via personal emails and not logged
- Physical printed newsletters were being sent to sponsors and members
We recommended and implemented for the community organisation not for profit the following systems
- Zoho CRM – this allowed for the not for profit to manage their memberships and also sponsors through the CRM and this allowed for membership records to be up to date and easily accessible to other members of the organisation
- Zoho Subscriptions – this allowed for memberships and sponsorships to be auto renewed without the need for calling the member or sponsor
- Zoho Campaigns – This allowed the organisation to send newsletters through Zoho campaigns thus no need to Print newsletters
- Zoho Bookings – All tours are now booked on the organisations website and automatically placed in the CRM allowing for staff to now monitor other activities
