Worked with a pharmaceutical company to create custom solutions for doctors to order their medications and manage repeat orders. This was do by introducing blueprints, automations such as emails and sms workflows.

The following challenges were being faced by the company

  • The company initially never used a CRM and engaged with multiple stakeholders such as patients, doctors and pharmacists this made it difficult to collect and monitor all communications with the various stakeholders this included collection of documents.
  • All communications to individual stakeholders was via multiple different emails but not traceable in one place
  • Newsletters were sent using a third party system not linked to a CRM System
  • Social media postings were conducted manually on each media platform
  • Calls to clients were not logged thus communications history not maintained
  • All interaction data was initially managed on local systems such as outlook and spreadsheets.

We recommended and implemented for the pharmaceutical company the below solutions

  • Zoho CRM – a one-way integration was needed between the CRM and a custom portal built for the ordering of medication which doctors and patients logged into. The CRM was used to manage the number of repeats and all medical scripts including all customer interactions
  • Zoho Social – Placing postings and also allowing client to schedule social media postings across multiple social media platforms from one section
  • Zoho Voice – Client utilized this call system to call patients, doctors and vendors and all calls were logged automatically in the client CRM in specific contact records

Zoho One set up to serve as a repository for their stakeholders. 

  • Zoho Campaigns – The client sent out fortnightly newsletters within Zoho Campaigns allowing for Zoho CRM to Campaigns automations syncing
  • Zoho Bookings – Client utilized Zoho Bookings to allow for stakeholders to book meetings with company staff
  • SMS Magic – An SMS System was utilized to allow for bookings confirmations
